Ramli Burger @ USJ 4

Ramli Burger
Sometimes I just can't find things to eat, you know, things. Or rather things that I eat on a daily basis are just too mainstream. Yes I always use the word mainstream because life is just as such, monotonous. Breakfast, lunch, dinner. And that's it? What about supper? Yes, and that's what we Asians pride ourselves with. I'm not that much of a big eater, so i eat burger at night, as dinner and not as supper. I do eat this as supper once in a while when i'm out past dinner time.

So what could be better than a restaurant selling burgers? A roadside stall selling burgers of course! They open till 1 to 2 am, but I've never really ate things at 2 am. Only one occasion where I did that, and that's another story where it's New Year's time.

This stall has such fond memory, and when i was young, used to hang out with bunch of friends and enjoy the taste of burger under the moonlight. Ahh, such bromance is just priceless. The very unusual method Ramli and other roadside burger joint put in their burgers are eggs. Yes eggs. You just can't get this in all the known famous established burger joint with aircond. The name of it to call is Daging (Cow) Special Cheese. Pronounced in English, is just tad weird. They even have Lamb. Although it's even better if they serve pork, but that's just a wish. A dream. I called the lamb meat before, and the taste is very strong, to the point it might become hard to eat. I wish they didn't have to be so smelly, because their meat is so nice and tender.

Speaking of fond memories, yes, I used to have 2 friend that I used to hang out with. And this place always reminds me of them. It's near to the school where I attend. All the crazy things we did, or rather they did, is just priceless. During my school days, i used to have a normal life. I came from a chinese primary and upgraded to a gov school in secondary. Being in a chinese school has its toll of effects. One being that, for my case i became quite insane. Probably due to the amount of stress i have been put through, on secondary i became very wild. The first year was pretty normal, very blur, but picked up some bad habits like lowering the pants and not cutting nails. But on year 2, I met a friend who was very timid and quiet. There used to be a bully that always picked fight on him. And out of pity, i always say why don't you fight back? His size is like way bigger. But he just say, nah, just leave it. Then i got quite angry, and tell the bully, stop picking fight with him and fight with me. I then decided, the best counter attack, is don't fight back at all. I let him kick me, until he was satisfied. Later on, that friend became crazy. His true side appeared, and he fought back. Woah.

Speaking of which, I hadn't been there for a very long time because it's just tad far to go there. I shall find time.
